This is a documentary about Cambodian-born U.S. felons being sent back to Cambodia under an agreement reached in March 2002 between the two countries.
Under the deal, the U.S. is to deport about 1500 felons back to Cambodia at a rate of 10 felons a month for one decade.
This film highlights the struggles that many of these young deportees are experiencing in Cambodia.
