I watched a news conference of President Obama on CNN today and not having seen him on TV for a while, I couldn’t help but noticed that he has very large earlobes.
The Chinese regard large, thick earlobes that project outward perpendicular to the side of the head as a sign of intelligence, and no one can dispute Mr. Obama’s superior intellect, having witnessed how he outsmarted Hillary Clinton, a Rhodes Scholar, and the long-time statesman and war hero John McCain for the presidency. I think America had made a wise choice in electing Obama; otherwise, the whole country probably would be glued to the television set following the latest twists and turns in the never-ending saga of Bristol Palin’s break-up with her ex-fiance, with whom she recently she bore an illegitimate child, instead of focusing on the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression, courtesy of the former president George W. Bush, who, by the way, does not have very large earlobes.
Having a science background I usually don’t entertain these silly matters, but sometimes you can’t help but notice the correlations between people’s body parts and certain characteristics about them. The Buddha, for instance, is usually depicted as having unusually large, elongated earlobes. The size of his earlobes represents his superior intelligence, and the elongation represents his long life. Lord Buddha possessed both superior intelligence and longevity. Like the Buddha I also have elongated earlobes, but I don’t exercise and hardly ever leave the computer, so I’m hoping that my earlobes will somehow give me longevity.
Hi Everyone,
I hope you and loved ones have had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, we don’t celebrate the holiday here in Cambodia, so I didn’t get a chance to gain the extra few pounds that had become a tradition during this time of the year.

Just choose the category and station on the pull-down menus.
You can access the online TV from the menu bar above. The permanent address is http://www.oudam.com/tv/.
Below is the widget in action. You can watch in full-screen by double-clicking on the video as it plays.
