Under the deal, the U.S. is to deport about 1500 felons back to Cambodia at a rate of 10 felons a month for one decade.
For the sake of everyone, it’s my sincere hope that Boomer and his fellow deportees will be able to turn their lives around and try to make a positive contribution to the Cambodian society.
One area where they can have a major impact is to help educate the Cambodian people about the presence of Western pedophiles, sex predators and neo-colonialists in our beloved homeland. Many local Cambodians simply do not understand the threat that these foreigners pose to our women, children and cultural and national dignity.
